During autumn 2016, ArcelorMittal CLN has successfully completed the first edition of the Steel Solutions Days.
The Steel Solutions Days are events dedicated to our customers representing the main industrial sectors. They were meant to create a meeting opportunity out of the daily routine in order to find out whatever innovative and meaningful is happening in the steel world.
Our Steel Solutions team, with the cooperation of some ArcelorMittal experts, has illustrated during the conference programme the high value of those products. Among the different topics, our team discussed about laser cutting, welding, flatness, coated and corrosion-resistant steels (Magnelis, Florelis, JVD), as well as ultra-high strength steel (Amstrong Ultra), and anti-abrasion steel (Relia). They faced problems and case histories linked to the various end-uses, sustainability aspects, and future trends developments. Therefore, whatever joins our customers in their manufacturing activities, thus trying to meet their needs and offer our supporting solutions.
The venues and settings of the events (among the Franciacorta vineyards with the smell of fermenting wine and in an ancient monastery in Gubbio) offered a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, with an attendance of more than 100 guests, and favoured networking and mutual experience exchange.
The success of the events and the format appreciated by the attendants will lead us to schedule new Steel Solutions Day, 2017 edition.
