During the seventh edition of “Bilanci d’Acciaio” - October 2015, study conference conceived and organized by Siderweb, Delna was among the companies who received this important award, attaining the first prize in its category.
This initiative, in fact, recognizes steel companies with a turnover of over 2 million euro that have achieved best performance in 2014 (i.e. growth rates and higher profitability within their own business sector, taking into account financing choices implemented) among the categories: production, primary processing, drawing mills and wire processing, foundries, steel trade, trade of scrap and iron ferroalloy, alloys steel and stamping steel and steel service centres.
After being included among the three nominations in its sector, Delna won for best performance, attaining first prize in the "Service Centre" segment. Antonio Valsecchi, Delna commercial director received the award, from the President of Siderweb, Emanuele Morandi.
Delna has been active for over 40 years in the storage and pickling sector of metals. Founded in 1971, with headquarters in Brivio (LC), over time it has specialized in the wire coils pickling and strip cutting, providing logistics services and storage, monitoring and control and traceability of manufactured products as well.
