Equipped with two leveling machines, it is able to cover a wide range of thicknesses, thanks to the «SOLLASER» program that intervenes on the adjustments of the two leveling machines and the straightening machine, we are able to offer sheets with an ideal level of plasticization to avoid springbacks after laser cutting. The de-tensioning of the leveled material is also controlled by the particular plasma cutting test.
The equipment is completed by the anti coil break for the management of steels with medium-low yield strength and the brushing machine for the management of excess calamine on Black hot-rolled products, all in favor of the best surface yield of the sheets.
