Protagonists at 2017 Assofermet Day
During the Assofermet Day, an annual appointment of the steel suppliers association held on October 5th, talks were underway about Europe, dedicating round tables to raw materials, industrial development and protectionism.
Atella 2017 | Day of Health and Safety at Work
The Atella plant has celebrated the yearly Day of Health and Safety at Work on September 28.
The training day, which has as 2017 slogan for the Group's Day of Health and Safety at Work "Pensa sicuro. Agisci sicuro." (Think safe. Act safe), focused on the primary role of workers in acting in first place in assuming responsibility of theirs and other workers' safety. This was also witnessed by the special video where the main characters were the workers themselves.

Coiltech 2017, we will attend!
ArcelorMittal CLN will present for the second consecutive time its range of Electrical Steels at the forthcoming edition of Coiltech 2017.
Coiltech is the most qualified meeting point in the electromechanical field. The product range offered by the Coiltech exhibitors covers all stages of production of electric motors, transformers, generators and electric pumps.
Coiltech 2017 will take place in Pordenone from 27 to 28 September.
Caselette-Alpignano & Tamagnone | 2017 Day of Health and Safety at Work
On June 24th, 2017, the yearly Day of Health and Safety at Work took place at the Caselette-Alpignano plant. The training day was attended also by the employees of Tamagnone, the Group's subsidiary specialized in logistic and transport of coils.
Steel Solutions Day 3 at Matera
Following the 2016 successful events, the Steel Solutions Day is back.
On June 15th, surrounded by a special and charming venue, the Steel Solutions Day Matera took place.

From June 7 to 11 the third edition of the Salone dell'Auto, the first plein air European car show is taking place in Torino. Along the boulevards of the urban Park of Valentino, carmakers are showing their latest models and previews, and car designers are unveiling new prototypes and concept cars.

Two years after its debut, ArcelorMittal CLN will attend the forthcoming edition of Made in Steel, the premiere tradeshow for the steel industry.
The 2017 edition will take place in Fieramilanofiera Rho, Milano, Italy, from 17 to 19 May, from 9:30am to 6:30pm.

A tangible support in Loreto
ArcelorMittal CLN feels particularly close to the territories and areas where its production plants are located.
In Loreto, which is just few kilometers away from our Osimo plant, ArcelorMittal CLN has supported and financed the revamping works of the access way to restrooms in Giovanni XXIII° square, close to Loreto's Sanctuary.

A thought from the heart. ArcelorMittal CLN's employees for quake-hit families
A fundraising was launched among employees during the last Family Day, the company Xmas party for employees and their families to meet and celebrate. The fundraising was to be used for a good and concrete cause. The sum of money, which was integrated by the company, was in fact used to buy gifts for a group of children and teens from the Marches region who had to leave their homes damaged by the earthquake of last year.
Completed the first edition of the Steel Solutions Days
During autumn 2016, ArcelorMittal CLN has successfully completed the first edition of the Steel Solutions Days.
The Steel Solutions Days are events dedicated to our customers representing the main industrial sectors. They were meant to create a meeting opportunity out of the daily routine in order to find out whatever innovative and meaningful is happening in the steel world.
ArcelorMittal CLN acquires three French plants through the controlled Acierplus
As part of its geographical diversification and industrial strategy, ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia announces the acquisition, through its controlled Acierplus, of the French industrial plants of Biars-sur-Cère, Châteaubriant and Héricourt, formerly belonging to ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions. The plants manufacture semi-finished products for medium-heavy steel-work carpentry for railway, construction, agriculture, and lifting sectors.
